Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia, under China’s electric vehicle (EV) brand Zeekr, has reached 5,000 cumulative vehicle deliveries in Malaysia in less than two years since launch, the firm said in a statement on Tuesday.
As a result of the milestone, Zeekr is launching its introduction of a dedicated charging network, an extended warranty programme, and complimentary vehicle health inspections in Malaysia.
The Zeekr Power charging ecosystem will expand to 30 stations nationwide over the next three years. In an initial rollout, Zeekr Malaysia has partnered with DC Handal to deploy charging stations along Malaysia’s North-South Expressway at six locations: Amanjaya Mall in Sungai Petani, Kedah; Sunway Carnival Mall in Penang; MH Hotel in Ipoh, Perak; Sunway Pyramid Mall in Petaling Jaya; PLUS Plaza Toll Sungkai in Perak, targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026; and PLUS Plaza Toll Bukit Gambir in Johor, also targeted for the fourth quarter.
The chargers can dispense up to 400kW of power, with capacity for up to 640kW on selected units.
Zeekr Malaysia is also offering complimentary vehicle health inspections at authorized service centers until September 30, 2026, covering the power battery system, electric powertrain, BCM system, undercarriage, and low voltage battery.
Eddy Lu, General Manager of Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia, said the 5,000-delivery milestone reflects the strong relationships built with customers, and that the company’s focus remains on strengthening the ownership journey and delivering value beyond the vehicle itself.
