Huawei Cloud has announced its Agentic Infrastructure for Thailand and launched an open beta of its CodeArts Agent coding platform at the Huawei Cloud Summit Thailand 2026, the Chinese giant said in a statement on Friday.
The Agentic Infrastructure, which can develop and deploy AI agents, features four components. They are an UnifiedBus-based AI Cluster Service supporting token generation; an Agentic Memory Storage Service providing petabyte-scale memory storage for long-horizon tasks and continuous learning; AgentSphere, a runtime environment for AI agents; and CCE VolcanoNext, which handles unified scheduling of general-purpose and AI computing resources.
CodeArts Agent, now in open beta testing in Thailand, combines development environment functionality, autonomous development capabilities, and coding models. It supports project-level code generation, code completion, research and development knowledge queries, and unit test case generation. The platform applies Huawei’s Specification-Driven Development to maintain code quality from the requirements stage through to delivery.
The release introduces an Agent Team mode that enables multiple agents to collaborate concurrently on tasks. Huawei Cloud said the open beta can support Thailand’s developer community and gather feedback before a wider release.
Regarding security, Huawei Cloud upgraded services in two areas of protecting AI systems and using AI to strengthen cybersecurity. Its model lifecycle security solution covers AI infrastructure, training data, model inference, and agent applications.
Huawei Cloud also offers dedicated security zones allowing customers to manage their own encryption keys independently, along with Data Capsule technology that restricts data use to authorized environments and renders it invalid if moved outside a designated security zone.
The summit also featured AI use cases from Thai organizations, including AI platforms and intelligent assistants for the public sector, AI coding and large language models in banking, and AI-powered learning platforms for human resources.
Sunny Shang, President of Huawei Cloud APAC, outlined the company’s commitment to working with customers and partners on AI-driven digital development in Thailand. Surasak Wanichwatphibun, CTO of Huawei Cloud Thailand, said the company will continue to strengthen its computing infrastructure to drive AI innovation across enterprises.
Huawei Cloud ranks third by revenue in Thailand’s infrastructure-as-a-service market, operates three availability zones in the country, and serves more than 40 government agencies and thousands of enterprises in Thailand.
