Singapore-based dConstruct Technologies has closed a $125 million Series A funding round, marking the standout achievement of the inaugural cohort of Singapore’s RoboNexus accelerator, a venture-building program under the National Robotics Program.

The National Robotics Program of Singapore made the statement on Thursday. It also said the RoboNexus accelerator featured graduates LionsBot and Spinoff Robotics, with expansion into markets across Asia, Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

The core of dConstruct’s is the d.ASH proprietary suite, which integrates 3D scanning technologies to enable autonomous robotics capable of operating in complex, GPS-denied environments across the built environment, security, inspection, logistics, and next-generation entertainment. Its clients include Boustead Projects, the Defence Science and Technology Agency, JRE Ventures from the East Japan Railway Company Group, SBS Transit, and Softbank Robotics Singapore.

Chinn Lim, CEO of dConstruct Technologies, said the milestone reflects strong confidence in the company’s vision to build the next generation of reality capture and robot automation solutions from Singapore to the world, and that RoboNexus provided access to industry partners and opportunities to accelerate deployment.

dConstruct Robotics is establishing a new 42,000-square-metre global headquarters at Punggol Digital District, named dC Plus, slated for completion at end-2026, featuring robotics testing environments for wheeled, quadruped, and humanoid platforms alongside collaborative workspaces and community programs.

LionsBot expands globally

LionsBot is now present in more than 40 countries with overseas subsidiaries in Dallas, Amsterdam, and Chennai, and has deployed over 6,000 robots globally. Its international growth has been supported by a collaboration with WISAG, one of Europe’s leading facility management companies, which contributed to the development of LionsBot’s R5 cleaning robot launched in April 2026.

Dylan Ng, CEO and Co-founder of LionsBot, said the company is committed to giving back to RoboNexus by mentoring newer cohorts of deep tech founders, sharing practical insights from his entrepreneurial journey including navigating challenges in R&D, product development, commercialization, and international market expansion.

Spinoff Robotics growing after successful exit

Spinoff Robotics achieved a successful exit through its acquisition by Nanoveu Limited, an Australian Securities Exchange-listed technology company. The move provided the company with enhanced access to capital, commercial platforms, and international growth opportunities.

Established to commercialize tethered aerial robotics technology, Spinoff Robotics specializes in aerial cleaning and inspection solutions. It can serve for hard-to-reach infrastructure, with applications across urban infrastructure, facilities management, and industrial inspection. The acquisition also enables the expansion of its licensed SUTD platform into non-tethered drone applications.

Tan Chee How, Co-Founder of Spinoff Robotics, said the National Robotics Program played an important role in supporting the company’s journey from research through commercialization. RoboNexus can provide access to industry partnerships and real-world deployment opportunities that accelerated the translation of its aerial robotics technologies across global markets, the executive added.
