VivaTech announces the participation of Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon and Blue Origin and Founder & Co-CEO Prometheus, in the 10th edition of VivaTech, according to a statement on Monday.
An emblematic figure of the global technological revolution and the new space age, Jeff Bezos will share his vision of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of humanity on the main stage of the VivaTech Theater.
Jeff Bezos founded Amazon in 1994 and serves as its executive chair. He is also the founder of Blue Origin, advancing a long-term vision of relocating heavy and polluting industry off Earth to protect the planet.
In 2021, Bezos flew aboard the company’s New Shepard rocket above the Kármán line on company’s first human spaceflight.
In 2020, he launched the Bezos Earth Fund, a $10 billion commitment to advancing science-based solutions to protect and restore the natural world. He also founded the Bezos Day One Fund, focused on supporting homeless families and building a network of tuition-free preschools in underserved communities.
In 2025, Bezos co-founded and became co-CEO of Prometheus, developing AI solutions for advanced manufacturing and industrial systems. Jeff Bezos will speak on Wednesday, June 17, on the Theater stage at VivaTech alongside Dave Limp, CEO of Blue Origin, in a session moderated by astronaut Mike Massimino (ex-NASA).
