Zeekr Intelligent Technology Malaysia remained Malaysia’s top premium electric vehicle (EV) brand in the first four months 2026, according to vehicle registrations data from Malaysia’s Road Transport Department (JPJ) as of April 2026.
The company recorded 357 EV registrations in April, bringing its total registrations for 2026 to 1,214 units. The performance placed Zeekr ahead of other premium EV brands in Malaysia, including Tesla, while ranking it as the country’s fourth best-selling EV brand overall.

The Zeekr 7X recorded 303 units sold in April and 999 units delivered year-to-date in 2026, making it Malaysia’s fourth best-selling EV model overall, according to JPJ data. By comparison, the Tesla Model Y recorded 67 registrations in April and 371 units year-to-date.
Meanwhile, the Zeekr 009 recorded 51 units sold in April and 204 registrations in 2026 so far, making it the top-selling premium electric MPV in Malaysia this year.
