Xora Innovation, an early-stage AI and deep tech venture firm backed by Singaporean state-owned investment firm Temasek, has appointed Eric Rosenblum as General Partner.

In a release on Wednesday, the Singapore-headquartered venture capital business said Rosenblum will focus on expanding Xora’s presence in the United States and supporting investments in areas including AI infrastructure, applied AI, and deep tech.

The appointment follows recent activities within Xora’s portfolio, including the acquisition of Celestial AI by Marvell Technology. The firm has also invested in companies such as Amperesand, Bedrock Robotics, Rhoda AI, Upscale AI, and Vinci.

Based in Silicon Valley, Rosenblum previously served as Managing Partner at Foothill Ventures, where he focused on early-stage deep tech investments across sectors including semiconductors, energy systems, and industrial automation. His investment portfolio has included companies such as Amperesand, HyperLight, Aether Fuels, Quintessent, Coreshell, and AM Batteries.

Earlier in his career, Rosenblum held product leadership roles at Google and Palantir. He also held executive positions at startups, serving as COO of Drawbridge, which was acquired by LinkedIn, and as chief executive officer of Smartpay, which was acquired by Ping An Group.

Xora Innovation invests in companies operating in AI infrastructure, applied AI, and deep tech, and is supported by its anchor limited partner, Temasek.
