Carousell, an e-commerce platform headquartered in Singapore, has expanded its delivery services through a partnership with SPX Express, a courier affiliated with e-commerce platform Shopee, providing additional options for users to send and receive secondhand items.

In a release on Thursday, Carousell said the integration of SPX into Carousell Official Delivery allows sellers to choose between doorstep pick-ups or parcel drop-offs at designated service points. Buyers can access subsidized delivery rates starting from S$1.80 ($1.4). Carousell is available in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan.

With the addition of SPX, the delivery network now includes more than 1,400 drop-off points across Singapore. The service also offers daily doorstep pick-ups, excluding public holidays.

Under the new arrangement, sellers can schedule pick-ups at no cost or drop off parcels without additional fees. SPX also supports label-less shipping, allowing sellers to send items without printing shipping labels by using a tracking number and barcode generated within the Carousell app. Parcels can be tracked directly through the platform.

Carousell Official Delivery, launched in 2023, enables users to arrange and pay for shipping through integrated logistics partners. Sellers can decide whether shipping costs are covered by themselves or the buyer, while both parties receive tracking updates within the app.
