Mozark, a Singapore-headquartered digital experience testing and measurement company, has raised $40 million in a Series B funding round led by International Finance Corporation (IFC) and RMB Capitalworks, with continued participation from existing investor Kalaari Capital.

In a statement on Tuesday, Mozark said the new funding will support its global expansion and potential strategic acquisitions.

Mozark develops technology that measures digital performance across devices, networks and locations by running real-world tests of user journeys. The platform generates synthetic telemetry to help organizations identify performance issues across applications, AI systems and underlying infrastructure such as data centers, networks, hardware and power systems. This capability is intended to help organizations detect and address performance problems before they affect users.

According to Mozark, demand for reliable digital services is increasing as artificial intelligence accelerates the development and deployment of applications across consumer, enterprise and public-sector platforms. However, performance can vary widely across different geographies, devices and networks, which can affect access to digital services.

Mozark currently serves more than 50 enterprise and government clients in over 20 countries, including regulators, telecom operators and financial institutions. The company said its deployments run simultaneously on several thousand live devices and have executed more than 25 million tests.

Mozark’s founders and co-CEOs, Kartik Raja and Fabien Renaudineau, said organizations increasingly need tools to measure how digital services perform in real-world conditions as AI-driven applications expand globally. Founder and chief product officer Chandra Ramamoorthy said the company plans to accelerate commercialization of its testing platform designed for agent-to-agent communication systems.

Founder and chief product officer ChInvestors said the funding will also support Mozark’s expansion into priority markets, including the United States and regions across the Global South, while strengthening testing and measurement capabilities across applications, networks and AI infrastructure.andra Ramamoorthy said the company plans to accelerate commercialization of its testing platform designed for agent-to-agent communication systems.
