Singapore-headquartered workflow automation platform Diaflow announced Tuesday the completion of its seed funding round led by Insignia Ventures Partners, a venture capital firm in Southeast Asia.

The firm said in a statement that the investment will fuel its expansion into global markets and accelerate the development of its autonomous AI technology that transforms how organizations complete work.

With this seed funding, Diaflow plans to expand its global market presence, enhance its AI technology capabilities, and strengthen its position as a leader in autonomous workflow automation.

“This is not just a financial milestone but proof that the market recognizes the transformative potential of AI agentic systems in reshaping how businesses operate,

“With Insignia Ventures Partners backing us, we’re positioned to accelerate our vision of making intelligent workflow automation accessible to organizations of all sizes,” said Jonathan Viet Pham, Chief Executive Officer of Diaflow.

According to him, this funding empowers the firm to deepen its technology capabilities and expand our reach to serve even more customers who are seeking to unlock productivity through AI.

Founded by seasoned operators with experience building and scaling technology across United States, Europe, and Asia — Jonathan Viet Pham, Lai Pham (Chief Technology Officer), and Anh Doan (Chief Information Security Officer) — Diaflow differentiates itself from traditional automation tools by enabling users to describe their objectives in natural language while the AI independently manages execution from start to finish while offering enterprise-grade data security.

Rather than requiring users to map out every step in rigid “if-then” workflows, Diaflow’s multi-agent architecture interprets intentions, develops execution strategies, and delivers completed work—handling everything from straightforward tasks to sophisticated projects involving research, coordination, and comprehensive report generation.

The platform has gained significant traction since its launch in February 2025, now serving a global community exceeding 10,000 users and organizations, with over 60 percent of adoption occurring in the United States market.

Diaflow’s approach resonates particularly with businesses seeking both automation flexibility and enterprise-grade security, as the platform maintains compliance with international standards including SOC 2, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and gross domestic product (GDP).

“Diaflow significantly brings down barriers to workflow automation with a platform that empowers business teams to build AI-powered workflows, internal apps, and agents without writing code,

“This ease of use combined with highest security standards has allowed Diaflow to quickly scale platform adoption globally as a Singapore company even in the highly competitive US AI landscape,” shared Yinglan Tan, founding managing partner of Insignia Ventures Partners.

“With our partnership, we’re proud to be supporting Jonathan and his team as they take their platform’s growth even further as the demand for the AI-ification of workflows only grows stronger in the years to come,” he added.
