ZenicHub, a Thailand-based co-working space, announced Friday a strategic partnership with Setlary, a Malaysia-based business services company, through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU).

The collaboration brings together ZenicHub’s dynamic workspace and community ecosystem with Setlary’s expertise in operational support and business solutions, aiming to deliver meaningful value to startups, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and professionals across Southeast Asia, the duo said in a statement.

It is noted that in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving business environment, startups and small enterprises need more than just office space, they need access to community, knowledge, and operational guidance.

This partnership directly addresses those needs by combining both organizations’ strengths to support business growth holistically.

“Through this partnership, we are creating an ecosystem where companies can operate efficiently while gaining access to the strategic support required to scale,

“Our goal is to build a foundation that not only supports day-to-day operations but also accelerates long-term success,” said Alex Chih, Co-founder of ZenicHub, and Jean F Laugier, Director of ZenicHub.

Chris Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Setlary Thailand, said partnering with ZenicHub allows them to bring Setlary’s support closer to founders and SMEs not just through digital platforms, but within a physical community where collaboration and learning happen naturally.

“This partnership reflects our shared belief in building an ecosystem that supports sustainable growth, including more flexible and responsible ways for businesses to support their workforce, across the region,” he added.

As part of the partnership, Setlary will be able to use ZenicHub’s common areas to host workshops, training programs, networking events, and community activities.

ZenicHub will sponsor venue usage for these joint initiatives, enabling more frequent and accessible learning opportunities for both communities.

These activities will provide startups and professionals with avenues to exchange ideas, build networks, and participate in hands-on sessions tailored to business growth.

Setlary will introduce ZenicHub’s flexible workspace solutions to its extensive network of entrepreneurs and SMEs.

A transparent, mutual growth framework has been established to incentivize this cross-pollination and create a structured pathway for Malaysian companies expanding into Thailand.

ZenicHub members will also gain streamlined access to Setlary’s trusted business services including operational support, consulting, and tools designed to enhance productivity, directly integrated into their workspace experience.

Both organizations will actively introduce each other’s offerings to their existing customer bases, ensuring tangible value creation on both sides.

This cross-pollination of communities aims to strengthen business ties between Thailand, Malaysia, and the broader region.

By combining resources, expertise, and networks, ZenicHub and Setlary aim to build an integrated ecosystem that empowers businesses to work smarter, grow faster, and connect more effectively.
