Vietnam-based technology and information technology (IT) services provider FPT and European-based technology consulting firm HITEXIS announced Tuesday a strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) adoption for enterprises across the Baltic States and Europe.

The duo said in a statement that the collaboration combines HITEXIS’s regional consulting expertise with FPT’s global engineering scale to help organizations modernize operations, adopt intelligent technologies, and shorten time-to-market in an increasingly competitive environment.

Under the partnership, FPT and HITEXIS will co-develop high-value, sector-focused IT and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions and extend their collaboration across the EU and neighboring markets, supporting long-term transformation initiatives for enterprises and public institutions while fostering operational resilience and sustainable growth.

FPT will provide global delivery capacity and engineering expertise across enterprise platforms, cloud modernization, data architectures, and AI-driven automation.

Leveraging its AI-first approach, FPT will apply machine learning, intelligent automation, and data analytics to optimize development cycles, enhance operational efficiency, and enable faster, more predictable delivery of large-scale transformation programs, while maintaining security, quality, and scalability.

Simultaneously, HITEXIS will lead client engagement, transformation advisory, and solution design across Europe, covering digital strategy, intelligent automation, software development, and change enablement.

The collaboration will support organizations across key industry verticals, including manufacturing, logistics and supply chain, retail and ecommerce, telecommunications and financial services.
