Singapore’s early-stage venture capital firm Antler has announced its 2025 Disrupt AI portfolio, comprising fourteen startups across two cohorts with early commercial traction.

Antler said in a statement on Wednesday the companies span sectors including manufacturing, robotics, enterprise software, infrastructure reliability, energy optimization, and travel automation, with each venture showing evidence of market demand through paying customers, enterprise pilots, or strong user traction.

The portfolio includes companies from the Disrupt 1 cohort launched in May 2025 and Disrupt 2 launched in October 2025 in Singapore.

All founding teams bring prior operating or entrepreneurial experience in building technology businesses.

It is noted that artificial intelligence (AI) dominated headlines throughout the year.

Capital continued to flood into the sector while many industry leaders questioned whether real commercial returns would follow.

Antler Disrupt’s portfolio brings a grounded counterpoint to that debate. None of the companies are chasing consumer trends or investing effort into generic model development.

Instead, they are building specific tools that both consumers and enterprises use daily.

It is noted that one hundred percent of companies have secured paying customers, enterprise pilots, or meaningful user growth.

Meanwhile, two-thirds focus on infrastructure layers that make AI reliable and operational at scale.

Multiple companies already report six-figure revenue or multi-million dollar pipelines, while all founders have prior experience in building and scaling products.

These companies are proving that AI delivers tangible results when it solves well-defined, industry-specific problems.

“The most important signal today is not model size or fundraising volume. It is repeated usage. Our founders are winning real customers’ trust because their products work where it matters most, inside production and business systems,

“Disrupt sprints give us the platform to work with the type of builders we already have the conviction for and want to back. They move fast, they listen to customers, and they ship,”said Winnie Khoo, Partner at Antler.

According to the statement, each company receives $400,000 in initial capital from Antler as its first institutional investment after the four-week sprint.

After the first ticket, companies continue to build and scale as Antler portfolio companies, receiving ongoing operational support, downstream investor introductions, and follow-on investment opportunities through Series C.

This extended partnership model ensures that founders have the capital and network support needed to scale from validation to sustainable growth.

“We launched Disrupt in 2025 to test something we’d been thinking about for years: could we run at the same speed as our founders? These first two cohorts proved we can. We
aggressively source for teams building the most ambitious, exciting companies. Then we work with them intensely for just four weeks,

“We aggressively introduce them to customers, enterprise connections, and investors. Honestly, we find ourselves so excited talking about what they‘re building that we can’t help but evangelize to our entire network. What excites me most is watching these founders scale beyond borders with the speed of technology today. That‘s what Disrupt is about: matching founder momentum with the infrastructure and network to go global,” Khoo added.

It is noted that although headquartered in Singapore, the portfolio companies already have customers and partners across Asia, Europe, and North America.

The companies are designed for global scale from day one. This reinforces Antler’s broader belief that Southeast Asia has become a center for practical AI development. Founders across the region are building solutions that fit real
operational needs.

“The 2025 funding landscape has forced founders and investors alike to be more disciplined. We’re backing fewer companies, but with more conviction. The Disrupt batch represents the best of what we’ve seen: founders with proven execution, clear market opportunities, and genuine global ambition,

“They’re not chasing trends. They’re building the infrastructure and tools that consumers and enterprises will depend on for the next decade.” – said Jussi Salovaara, Co-founder and Managing Partner at Antler Asia.

Antler also sees the questions around the sustainability of AI investment will continue as the industry moves into 2026, and the companies in Antler’s 2025 portfolio bring a clear signal to the market.
