Malaysia-based Yinson GreenTech has appointed Louisa Rachel Brady as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Yinson GreenTech, effective January 1, 2026.
Yinson GreenTech said in a statement on last Thursday that Brady will be succeeding Lim Chern Yuan, who took up the role of CEO to lead the strategic review of Yinson GreenTech in early 2025.
Brady, who has been serving as Yinson GreenTech’s CEO for the past year, has been overseeing the day-to-day running of Yinson GreenTech, while working closely with Lim to drive the business forward.
The appointment will enable Lim to focus on his role as Group CEO of Yinson Holdings Berhad (Yinson or the Group).
Brady will continue to hold the role of Group Chief Human Resources Officer alongside her new role as Yinson GreenTech CEO.
In the past year, Lim and Brady, together with Yinson GreenTech’s Senior Leadership Team, have driven Yinson GreenTech’s strategic transformation, focusing the business to three core business areas of marine electrification with marinEV, electric vehicle (EV) leasing with drivEV and EV charging infrastructure with chargEV.
Their leadership has laid a solid foundation for Yinson GreenTech’s future growth and success.
“Brady’s appointment reflects her capabilities and strong leadership, demonstrated throughout her career at Yinson, when she first came on board to lead the group’s HR transformation in 2020, and subsequently to drive Yinson GreenTech’s operational transformation in 2025,
“Brady brings a wealth of experience in business operations and organisational transformation and her expertise is set to further deliver on Yinson GreenTech’s next phase of growth,” Lim commented on the appointment.
Meanwhile, Brady stated she looks forward to working alongside the firm’s talented team to continue driving revenue growth across our three business segments, fostering innovation and sustainable growth for the company.
Yinson GreenTech was founded in 2021 and has been a driving force in advancing the Group’s electrification and digital solutions in ensuring a smooth, inclusive energy transition.
The group and Yinson GreenTech are confident of Brady’s leadership, which will drive further progress and innovation.
“We look forward to the continued growth and achievements under Louisa’s stewardship, delivering sustainable value for all stakeholders and advancing its call for a net zero environment,” the firm said.
