Vietnam-based technology firm FPT, next generation artificial intelligence (AI) development company CR Labs.ai, and management consulting firm Carlton Richards have announced a strategic partnership to deliver innovative AI solutions that empower insurance and private equity firms to harness advanced technologies while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance, and scalability.
FPT said in a statement on Tuesday that this partnership combines FPT’s global engineering scale, CR Labs.ai’s deep insurance and private equity expertise, and Carlton Richards’ advisory leadership.
Their deployments are designed to be private and secure, running on-premises or in dedicated cloud environments with encryption, access controls, and compliance-ready safeguards.
Beyond deployment, the alliance supports the entire AI lifecycle — from design and fine-tuning to monitoring, retraining, and regulatory reporting.
Through this partnership, the companies will leverage their key solutions and capabilities to support their customers in insurance and private equity, which include AI-powered insurance platforms, agent productivity platforms, agent and customer engagement and private equity applications.
According to the firm, both insurance and private equity sectors face mounting challenges: insurers must provide faster underwriting, better fraud detection, and more seamless claims experiences while improving agent productivity and customer engagement; and private equity firms need portfolio optimization and risk modeling that survive the strictest standards of data privacy and auditability.
Traditional AI solutions fall short—either too experimental, too public, or not designed to withstand the scrutiny of regulators and investors.
