Shieldbase AI, the Singapore-based enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) operating system startup, announced Monday additional funding led by GenAI Fund and First Move, joining Tenity and several prominent angel investors.
Shieldbase said in a statement on Tuesday that the capital will supercharge the firm’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region and accelerate the rollout of new products that address one of the most urgent challenges in enterprise AI: fragmentation and governance.
With this momentum, Shieldbase is scaling its presence across Asia-Pacific and expanding its operating system to deliver deeper contextual understanding and end-to-end automation.
The firm’s upcoming product releases will introduce enhanced MCP connectors, advanced data synthesis processing, and ready-to-deploy workflow automation blueprints — all designed to simplify AI adoption and drive business impact.
“Our mission at Shieldbase is to break through AI silos and empower enterprises to unlock a new era of intelligent operations — where every system, tool, and agent works in harmony to drive speed, clarity, and strategic advantage,
“With the backing of GenAI Fund, First Move, and our incredible angel investors, we’re transforming fragmented AI stacks into a unified operating system that delivers real impact — from automation and governance to measurable business outcomes,” said Diego Rojas, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder at Shieldbase AI.
According to the statement, as enterprises adopt hundreds of specialized tools, systems, and agentic AI solutions across departments, a critical problem is emerging — none of these technologies communicate effectively with each other.
The result is siloed data, disjointed workflows, and limited return of investment (ROI) on AI deployments.
Shieldbase is addressing this problem head-on with its AI operating system — an intelligent unification layer dubbed the “Cursor for the Workplace.”
The platform connects and orchestrates data, software, and agents into a single, cohesive environment.
It empowers organizations to regain control, reduce operational overhead, and unlock new revenue opportunities, all while upholding enterprise-grade security and governance standards, transforming them into AI-first organizations.
Shieldbase redefines how enterprises deploy and scale AI by transforming fragmented, isolated implementations into an integrated automation ecosystem.
Where many organizations struggle to extract value from disconnected vertical tools, the firm offers a cohesive platform that turns disparate AI tools into orchestrated workflows.
Built with modular architecture, supporting white-label and on-premise deployments, Shieldbase can be implemented in hours rather than months.
The platform delivers rapid time-to-value while meeting strict enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and compliance.
“Enterprise AI isn’t broken because of too few tools — it’s broken because the tools don’t talk to each other,” said Audra Pakalnyte, General Partner at First Move.
“Shieldbase is building the infrastructure layer that turns fragmented AI pilots into unified and high-impact workflows,
“This is exactly the kind of bold, first-mover thinking we back,” she added.
Denning Tan, Partner at GenAI Fund added that what sets Shieldbase apart is their understanding that AI fragmentation is the single biggest barrier to success in enterprise AI.
“While others build more tools, Shieldbase has built the operating system that makes all tools work together,
“This is the infrastructure the market needs to shift from experimentation to transformation,” he added.
