ShopBack has partnered with Singapore ride-hailing platform TADA to let users pay for eligible rides through ShopBack Pay. The arrangement connects transport spending with ShopBack’s existing rewards and payment services.

Under the integration, riders can select the supported ShopBack Pay payment method when booking through TADA, subject to the payment option being available on their accounts and to the applicable service terms.

The partnership extends ShopBack’s use cases into ride-hailing, allowing users to earn eligible cashback on transport spending. Customers should check current reward rates and campaign limits in the apps, since promotional eligibility can vary by transaction and time period.

For TADA, the partnership adds a payment and rewards option to its ride-hailing service. For ShopBack, it offers another recurring purchase category in which to encourage use of its payments and cashback products.

ShopBack provides guidance on using ShopBack Pay with TADA in its customer-support documentation. The companies have not presented the integration as a new ride-hailing service or an exclusive payments arrangement.
