Silicon Valley-based BizLink Holding is set to acquire Interplex Datacom, a Singapore-headquartered division of Ennovi held by Blackstone, in an all-cash transaction valued at $850 million plus up to $50 million in contingent consideration,
In a statement on Wednesday, BizLink said the move aims to strengthen its position in AI data center infrastructure. The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
The acquisition can combine Interplex Datacom’s expertise in mechanical and structural components for AI server racks with BizLink’s strengths in electrical and connectivity solutions. The deal will also strengthen BizLink’s precision metals fabrication capabilities, supporting its semiconductor enclosure, medical equipment, and system integration assembly businesses.
Felix Teng, BizLink’s CEO and Co-Founder, said Asia is the fastest-growing region for AI data centre deployment, and that Interplex Datacom’s manufacturing depth and customer relationships across the region support BizLink’s growth momentum.
BizLink, listed on the Taiwan stock exchange, was founded in 1996 and intends to fund the transaction with cash on hand and committed debt financing provided by Citigroup.
Interplex Datacom has strong R&D capabilities and a manufacturing footprint spanning China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand. The company employed over 1,900 people and generated revenue of approximately $392 million for the twelve months ended March 31, 2026.
