AVC Technology Vietnam, under Taiwan-based cooling solution firm Asia Vital Component (AVC) kicked off the construction of a high-tech electronics components manufacturing plant in, Ninh Binh province, Vietnam, on Friday.
The project has a total investment of $600 million and will cover about 46.1 hectares in Kim Bang 1 Industrial Park, according to Ninh Binh authorities. The factory cam produce more than 84 million products annually, equivalent to over 3.1 million tons of products.
The factory’s products are cooling items for machinery, including silencer cabinets, computer and server frames and casings, metal components, liquid cooling equipment, and water cooling plates.
Under the planned timeline, then construction and equipment installation are expected to complete before January 2027, then the factory will begin operations. Once fully operational, the plan can employ 20,000 people.
The AVC Technology Vietnam plant is among the latest large-scale projects launched in Ninh Binh, reflecting the province’s efforts to attract high-tech manufacturing, supporting industries, and large industrial investments.
According to AVC’s consolidated financial statements for 2025, the firm’s operating revenue doubled year-on-year to NTD139.63 million last year. Net income also doubled to NTD20.95 million. AVC Technology Vietnam, as a subsidiary, recorded a net income of NTD387,208.
