Konvy Pte. Ltd., a Thailand-based omnichannel beauty and personal care platform, has on Tuesday announced the successful close of its $22 million Series B funding round, led by Cool Japan Fund Inc. (CJF).
The funding round also saw participation from existing investors among them Insignia Ventures Partners, Konvy said in a statement.
The new capital will support Konvy’s next phase of growth, focused on regional expansion across Southeast Asia, scaling private label brands, and strengthening its position as the leading gateway for international beauty and lifestyle products in the region.
It is noted that Konvy has established a market-leading position in Thailand, with a strong presence across e-commerce, marketplaces, social commerce, and offline retail.
The firm currently have over 20,000 products from more than 1,000 brands in the country.
Building on this foundation, Konvy said it is expanding its operations in the Philippines and Malaysia, leveraging a proven omnichannel model that integrates marketplaces, social commerce, and localized marketing.
These markets represent a significant growth opportunity, supported by rising middle-class consumption and increasing demand for curated, high-quality beauty products.
Together with CJF, Konvy will further strengthen its role in curating, localizing, and scaling Japanese beauty and health brands for Southeast Asian consumers.
By combining Konvy’s deep local market expertise and distribution capabilities with CJF’s strategic support and network, the partnership aims to accelerate the growth of Japanese brands in an increasingly competitive regional landscape.
In parallel, Konvy said it continues to deepen its partnerships with leading regional and global beauty brands through a combination of exclusive distribution agreements.
By leveraging its proprietary consumer insights, omnichannel distribution network, and localized marketing capabilities, the firm said it enables partner brands to scale efficiently across Southeast Asia while strengthening brand equity and consumer engagement in each market.
“Closing our Series B marks an important milestone for Konvy. We have built a strong leadership position in Thailand, and we are now focused on scaling that success across Southeast Asia,
“With CJF as our lead partner, we are uniquely positioned to bring high-quality Japanese brands to the region while continuing to grow our own portfolio of private label products,” said Qinggui Huang, Group Chief Executive Officer of Konvy.
