LOTTE Ventures Vietnam, the venture capital arm of South Korean chaebol LOTTE Group, is seeking multiple investment opportunities of up to $1 million.

In a statement on Monday, LOTTE Ventures Vietnam said the high-growth sectors are e-commerce, retail, food technology, hospitality, artificial intelligence (AI), and others.

LOTTE Ventures Vietnam highlighted that it aims to connect companies with the wider LOTTE Group ecosystem in Vietnam, including retail, hospitality, and entertainment. Notable names are LOTTE Mart, LOTTE Department Store, LOTTE Hotel, and LOTTE Cinema. It emphasized that venture capital can facilitate and provide commercial partnerships, market access, operational insights, cross-border expansion, and long-term network.

LOTTE Ventures Vietnam was founded in August 2021 with an initial charter capital of VND4.64 billion ($176,272).

Vietnam’s venture capital market recorded around 41 deals in 2025, with total disbursed capital estimated at $215 million, down about 30% from the 2021 peak, according to the Vietnam Tech & Venture Capital Outlook 2025 report conducted by local firm VinVentures.
