VinFast, the electric vehicle manufacturer under Vietnam’s conglomerate VinFast, reached a global delivery of 58,577 electric vehicles (EVs) in the first quarter of 2026, up 61 percent year-on-year, according to its release on Wednesday.

In early April, VinFast said its delivery in Vietnam reached 53,684 units in the same period. As a result, VinFast’s overseas delivery totaled 4,893 vehicles in the first quarter of this year, or 8.4 percent of the total.

In Vietnam, the company’s best-selling models during the quarter were the the seven-seater Limo Green and the mini SUV VF 3, with deliveries of 12,693 and 11,088 units, respectively. Other models delivered included 8,490 VF 5 vehicles, 7,819 VF 6 vehicles, 5,080 VF 7 vehicles, 3,809 Minio Green vehicles, and 3,741 VF MPV 7 vehicles.

In addition to EVs, VinFast delivered 143,136 electric scooters and e-bikes in the first quarter globally, marking a 219% percent year-on-year increase.

According to its preliminary and unaudited financial results, for the full year 2025, VinFast’s revenue totaled VND 90,427.6 billion ($3.6 billion), representing 105.4 percent growth compared with 2024. For the full year 2025, global EV deliveries reached 196,919 vehicles, a 102 percent increase compared with 2024.
