Tanium, a global autonomous endpoint management (AEM) firm, announced Wednesday the appointment of Satyen Desai, as its Regional Vice President (RVP), ASEAN.

In this role, Desai will be responsible for accelerating Tanium’s growth in the region as demand grows for resilient, real-time endpoint management and security, Tanium said in a statement.

Tanium also strengthened its leadership bench in APAC, reinforcing the company’s commitment to serving regional customers with dedicated expertise across commercial execution, marketing, technical and customer outcomes.

These include Junya Saito, Vice President, Asia Pacific (APAC), Will oversee full commercial leadership for the APAC region, including revenue growth, sales, team development, and market expansion.

Meanwhile, James Greenwood, Assistant Vice President (AVP), Solution Engineering, will drive Solution Engineering (SE/Pre-Sales) across the region.

Yasir Yousuff, Vice President, Marketing, APJ, will head overall marketing strategy and execution across the Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) region.

The revamped leadership bench will deepen customer and partner engagement, and scale regional execution to help customers build a strong offensive security posture by delivering real-time, continuous visibility across their information technology (IT) environments.

An experienced enterprise technology leader, Desai brings over 25+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with a track record of building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable growth across ASEAN.

Prior to joining Tanium, he held leadership roles at ColorTokens, Cloudflare, Oracle , SAP and Cisco.

He helped scale go-to-market operations, expand strategic accounts, and strengthen partner ecosystems in the region.
