PropertyGuru Group, a Singapore-based property technology company, announced Monday the appointment of Yi-Wei Ang as Chief Product & Technology Officer.

The firm said in a statement that in this role, Ang will lead the digital transformation and scaling of the platform, elevating existing products and delivering innovative solutions that build trust, enhance the customer experience, and maximize value.

He will be a part of the Group’s Executive Leadership Team (XLT) reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Lewis Ng.

Ang is a technology and product leader with extensive experience building platforms that serve millions of users at scale.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru, he was Chief Product Officer at talabat, leading Product, Technology, Design, and Data teams across Dubai and Egypt.

Prior to talabat, he was the VP Product at Property Finder, the leading real estate portal in the Middle East and North Africa.

He succeeds Manav Kamboj, who will be departing the group at the end of March 2026.

He also said that under Manav leadership, the group has transformed into a product and engineer-driven organization, using continuous innovation to build platforms that help millions of people in Southeast Asia find their homes.
