Coller Capital, the global private market secondaries manager, announced Tuesday the final closing of Coller International Partners IX (CIP IX), its largest ever fund, bringing the total capital raised to $17 billion for Coller’s private equity secondaries platform in its latest fundraising cycle.

Coller Capital said in a statement that its private equity secondaries platform includes commingled funds, co-investment vehicles, separately managed accounts, and its equity perpetual funds.

CIP IX invests in limited partner (LP)-led and general partner (GP)-led secondary transactions around the globe, focusing on high-quality portfolios.

Aligned with Coller Capital’s established private equity secondaries strategy, the fund seeks to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and resilient performance by providing investors with diversified exposure to high-quality equity assets.

Coller Capital’s Assets under Management (AUM) now stand at $50 billion.

Coller attracted a broad spectrum of global investors, drawing participation from over 250 investors around the globe.

The diverse LP base comprises leading pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers and financial institutions.

Already over 70 percent deployed, CIP IX provides investors with the diversification that private equity secondaries offers.

With 77 investment professionals across 11 offices, Coller Capital has one of the largest dedicated secondaries investment teams in the industry with the scale and expertise to execute some of the largest and most complex transactions in the market around the world.

Building on its more than 35-year track record of investing in secondaries, the firm has expanded its reach to include dedicated credit secondaries funds, equity and credit perpetual funds for the wealth market and insurance and structured product solutions.

“2025 was another record year for the secondary market as market volatility and a heightened demand for liquidity attracted more investors to the many virtues of secondaries. Secondaries are no longer seen as a tactical portfolio rebalancing tool but a core component of diversified portfolios,

“We are entering secondaries’ finest hour and I’m delighted our investors trust us as the most experienced secondaries investor with more than thirty five years of experience in the market,” said Jeremy Coller, Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of Coller Capital.

Remy Kawkabani, Deputy Managing Partner of Coller Capital said that for over thirty-five years, Coller Capital has helped global investors deploy significant capital while achieving portfolio diversification and strong, risk-adjusted returns.

“As the world’s largest dedicated manager of private markets secondaries, we remain deeply committed to building on this track record – and are as energized as ever to continue delivering for our LPs,” he added.
