The United States-based mobility platform inDrive has announced the successful completion of the Land Public Transport Agency (APAD)’s three-month licensing review, confirming its continued approval to operate in Malaysia.

The firm said in a statement on last Thursday that following the approval, it will continue reinforcing its presence in Malaysia through improved driver onboarding processes, enhanced document re-verification, ongoing internal audits, and expanded driver-support initiatives.

The company said it remains committed to inclusive mobility, safe ride experiences, and long-term investment in Malaysian communities through initiatives such as the inDrive Academy and accessibility-focused programs.
