NCT Group of Companies, through its subsidiary NCT Land Sdn Bhd, has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Speedex Express Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd (Speedex) to deliver efficient and seamless logistics solutions within NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP).
NCT said in a statement on Tuesday that as the first logistics partner of NSIP, Speedex will play an instrumental role in supporting the park’s expanding business environment through its comprehensive logistics offerings, which include sea, air, and land freight, customs brokerage and compliance, as well as warehousing and inventory management.
Leveraging NSIP’s prime location near major gateways such as Port Klang and Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminals 1 and 2, the partnership will enhance supply chain efficiency, ensure smoother cargo flow, and strengthen industrial connectivity within the 730-hectare development.

With Phase 1 nearing completion and almost 100 percent sold, he noted the addition of Speedex to the firm’s partner network is timely as it enables NSIP to offer a complete and efficient logistics proposition that directly supports business growth and competitiveness.

NSIP, launched in 2023, will be developed in five phases with a total gross development value (GDV) of MYR 7.9 billion ($1.9 billion).
As Malaysia’s first Managed Industrial Park, NSIP offers a gated and guarded environment with extensive infrastructure and centralized management services.
It is designed to provide a secure, efficient, and business-friendly setting through the integration of smart technologies, sustainable features, and a full suite of services that support investors and tenants throughout their operational journey.
