Malaysian clean energy solutions provide Solarvest Holdings Berhad and homegrown digital solutions and application development firm Agmo Holdings Berhad (Agmo) have on Tuesday announced a strategic joint venture to co-develop digital clean energy applications for the advancement of clean energy sector.

The duo said in a statement that this partnership is expected to undertake a major digital transformation in Malaysia’s clean energy sector by providing comprehensive digital solutions that benefit both consumers and providers of clean energy.

The joint venture, established between Solarvest Energy Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Solarvest) and Agmo Capital Sdn. Bhd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Agmo), will leverage Solarvest’s strong project track record with Agmo’s technological expertise。

This joint venture will develop digital solutions to streamline and automate the clean energy project lifecycle.

The development will unfold in several stages, starting off with the enhancement to Solarvest’s current offerings, including Vestech EcoHomes solutions, Powerbee green Electric Vehicle (EV) charging ecosystem, and Renewable Energy Certification management.

By transforming these solutions into digital applications, Solarvest aims to optimize its clean energy offerings and project management processes to meet the heightened demand for clean energy.

Solarvest will also pilot these innovative solutions to ensure their effectiveness before a broader market launch.

Upon the successful rollout, these applications will benefit the wider community by enhancing the visibility of clean energy product and project development.

It is noted that the rapid evolving clean energy sector demands a hassle-free solution that consolidates clean energy services and simplifies business operations.

This innovation will be instrumental in helping Malaysia to meet its renewable energy targets, allowing businesses to scale their operations through a digitalized and automated process.

This joint venture also underscores both parties’ commitment to driving progress and fostering growth through innovation and empowerment, said the statement.
