Tik Tok’s e-commerce platform TikTok Shop has launched TikTok Shop Mall in Singapore, a by-invite only channel exclusively for brands’ flagship stores and authorized online retail outlets.

TikTok said in a statement on Thursday that through TikTok Shop Mall, TikTok Shop aims to further enhance Singaporeans shoppers’ positive experience by providing them access to a curated selection of local and international brands and guaranteeing 100 percent authentic and original products, reliable customer service, and exclusive benefits.

Available as an exclusive channel in the TikTok Shop Tab, TikTok Shop Mall provides a guarantee for quality products and trust in the items sold by its selected brands.

This introduction is a step taken by TikTok Shop to improve consumers’ shopping experiences and at the same time enhance its support for local small-medium businesses (SMBs) on the e-commerce platform.

“TikTok Shop is committed to bolstering the growth of all small businesses and brands on the platform, and this has been taken a step further with the launch of TikTok Shop Mall here in Singapore,

“The benefits go both ways: sellers now have an added stamp of authenticity on their products, and buyers can now easily identify and shop from their favorite brands with greater peace of mind and convenience to know that they can shop in comfort to get the best value for their purchases,” said Doven Yap, Acquisition and Partnerships Lead at TikTok Shop Singapore.

It is noted that through TikTok Shop Mall, consumers can enjoy assurance on authentic products, a 15-day hassle free return or refund policy and free shipping.

For sellers who are onboarded on TikTok Shop Mall, their pages will contain a Distinguished Mall Label, so buyers can easily identify them as part of TikTok Shop Mall on the Shop Tab in TikTok Shop.

This will provide them with enhanced brand visibility throughout the entire shopping journey as well as dedicated customer service.

TikTok Shop Mall also empowers sellers through exclusive brand campaigns, including special slots and resources during double-digit campaigns, added visibility in Shop Tab, and traffic exposure support.

Meanwhile, shoppers can browse through a wide variety of brands to secure their necessities, such as athleisurewear, cleaning products, household essentials, tableware, jewellery and groceries from Singaporean homegrown brands such as ESSE ACTIVE Singapore, Zappy Singapore, Epitex Home, Sparks Singapore, Merlin Goldsmith & Jewellery.
