Philippines digital infrastructure developer FLOW Digital Infrastructure (FLOW) and industrial parks developer AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) have on Wednesday broke ground on the land development of its first joint data center campus located in Laguna, Philippines, following the launch of A-FLOW, the joint venture partnership between FLOW and ALLHC.

Both parties said in a statement that the three-building campus facility will offer flexibility to tailor design to customers’ unique requirements, with the ability to ramp up to 36MW.

The initial roll-out of 6MW is targeted to be ready for service by the end of 2024. The carrier neutral facility will be built to the latest industry standards and will feature resilient power delivery design with diverse power feeds.

The event marks the official launch of A-FLOW, the joint venture partnership between FLOW and ALLHC. It leverages ALLHC’s proven track record in industrial real estate development and FLOW’s best-in-class next-generation data center design, development, and operational capabilities.
