TenPay Global, Tencent’s cross-border payment platform, and ShopeePay, the digital payment arm of Singapore’s Sea Ltd and associated with the e-commerce platform Shopee, have jointly launched a cross-border payment service connecting Southeast Asian users with merchants in China.
