Singapore breaks ground on low-carbon testbed and announces first industry users
Singapore on Friday broke ground on the S$62.5 million ($48.92 million) Low-Carbon Technology Translational Testbed (LCT), a national facility that will help companies test and scale emerging low-carbon technologies for industrial use.
