Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) has on Tuesday strengthened regional cooperation on methane emissions management through the signing of a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) with strategic partners to establish and operationalize the Southeast Asia Methane Emissions Technology Evaluation Centre (SEA METEC) Collaboration Group.
