VinFast, the electric vehicle manufacturer under Vietnam’s top conglomerate Vingroup, has signed memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with six electric scooter dealers in Indonesia as it prepares to launch its electric scooter lineup in the country in the second quarter of 2026, expanding its distribution network in one of the world’s largest two-wheeler markets.
