Vietnam-based electric vehicles (EVs) maker VinFast and Congo-based green transportation firm Exposure SARL have announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding regarding the potential supply of electric vehicles for green taxi services in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo.
