Vietnam-based information technology (IT) services provider FPT, through its subsidiary in Japan, and the Japanese tech firm SCSK Corporation (SCSK) have announced the establishment of a joint venture named COBOL PARK Co., Ltd. (COBOL PARK), to address legacy system challenges.
