Malaysia’s MPay secures Labuan FSA license to fuel regional and global Fintech expansion

company, announced Wednesday that Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) has approved MPay to establish a subsidiary in Labuan, namely MPay SPV Labuan Ltd. (MPay Labuan).
