Catcha Digital Berhad (Catcha Digital) has on Tuesday announced that it has completed the acquisition of the entire equity interest of iMedia Asia Sdn Bhd (iMedia),
in a transaction valued at approximately MYR43.92 million ($9.71 million) in cash and shares.
