Aspire, a Singapore-based FinTech firm, has on Tuesday announced that it has closed an oversubscribed Series C round at $100 milion. Lightspeed and Sequoia Capital SEA, Paypal Ventures, LGT Capital Partners and existing backers Picus Capital and Mass Mutual Ventures have participated in the round,
