Animoca Brands, the Hong Kong-based blockchain gaming firm, announced Friday it will acquire WePlay Media Holdings LLC, the sole shareholder of XXL Racing LLC, an official licensee of MotoG™ , and WePlay Media LLC, the developer of the highly popular MotoGP™ Championship Quest.
